My experience was great. I recently moved to Lakeland from Brandon and needed a recall taken care of and my car needed some work to be done....I did get a couple of estimates I recently moved to Lakeland from Brandon and needed a recall taken care of and my car needed some work to be done....I did get a couple of estimates and put it all on the back burner for a bit..I liked the Brandon Honda well enough so I decided to find the Lakeland Honda..I took the car in for the recall and liked everyone so much. They even took me home and picked me up when the car was ready. They gave me an estimate to fix the car so I took it back in for repairs. I had a lot of work to be done on my old reliable Honda Civic and Tim Who was my service advisor was great...He was right there and walked me through all the way... More
