The place was clean, the service person was great. I think his name was Rob. He is very nice and friendly. I would have given Honda 5 star but my car did not had a complementary wash. I ask Rob if they think his name was Rob. He is very nice and friendly. I would have given Honda 5 star but my car did not had a complementary wash. I ask Rob if they do the basic car wash and he said yes. I mentioned it to him 2x . However when I pick up my car, it was still not wash. I checked faith my tires and dust and stain was still there I know my car was not washed. I was disappointed. I don’t know who was at fault for this but I was not happy coz my other car from another dealership always have a complementary car wash after every service. I asked and double checked with him and he said them yes but I did not got it. More

You can have an appointment and it doesn’t matter if someone pulls in ahead of you they take them anyway. The car wasn’t vacuumed or washed like it’s supposed to be.
