I just picked up my 2017 Honda Fit after major repairs and I could not be happier with the service that was provided by Rob and the technician who worked on my vehicle! I bought my car here and mistakenly and I could not be happier with the service that was provided by Rob and the technician who worked on my vehicle! I bought my car here and mistakenly should have brought it back to have the repairs done. Instead, I trusted another mechanic and spent $1,100 for a car that broke down within 10 miles. I called Rob in tears and he was very empathetic and told me to bring the car in immediately and he would make it right. He 100% honored his word and I could not wait to write this review to say thank you to him and to let Regal know what a fantastic employee that you have! I will be back for any future repairs because you have put a smile back on my face and my car drives like a new vehicle. Rob, I appreciate everything that you have done to pull me out of a very unfortunate and stressful situation. Thank you is not enough to express my gratitude. 🙏 More

Nothing was fixed. ...still driving a car with no a/c and broken speakers. Disappointed that at very least the a/c could not be taken care of.
