Has an appointment at 12:30 for just a rotation. Got there 12:30 and was told the guy would “come out in a few min”. He came out at 12:50. I got a text saying I could text during the service at anytime. After 2 hours of the rotation still not being done, I texted to see ask how much longer. I got no response. Close to 3 hours went by and someone else came to me with a receipt saying my car was ready. Not sure what the point was in making an appointment or what the point was to give me the option to text someone. Should’ve been better communication and a better wait time. More
