In my 20+ years of Honda ownership, this is the best service I've ever received. Chrissy, our service rep, was just amazing. We were treated as family. Everything was backed up, from the time that I pulled into the parking lot. It took almost 30 minutes just to get checked in. Then I was there for three hours total for an oil change that should've taken into the parking lot. It took almost 30 minutes just to get checked in.
