I arrived about 15 minutes early for my Appointment and was checked in immediately. I received a ride home from your courtesy Shuttle and had a very pleasant ride home. I was very pleased with my first visit to Regal Honda for service. (I usually went to Winter Haven, but, Regal is closer.) My only disappointments were that I had to wait for my car and it took 3 hours and t service. (I usually went to Winter Haven, but, Regal is closer.)
