They are quick to get your vehicle in. I just take mine for a wash every other week because I got the eco block package but their car wash sucks. They never get the rims clean and they don't clean out cup for a wash every other week because I got the eco block package but their car wash sucks. Service person was friendly. Not really happy with the service received. Paid for tire rotation and only 2 tires got rotated, since I marked them and notice only two tires got rotated. Not sure making an appointment serves any purpose. Had a 9:00 appointment to get a oil change and tire rotation. Didn't get out out there till after 11:00. Besides the wait everything else was fine. Kelsey was great! The reason this is not a totally five star review is that the service tech didn’t complete his job. One job to do. Take off the old tire, put on the n The reason this is not a totally five star review is that the service tech didn’t complete his job. One job to do. Take off the old tire, put on the new tire and check air pressure on that tire and all the tires. The new tire left with me from the dealership with 45 psi. All the other tires are at 35 psi. Sure, I can take care of it. But when you pay top dollar for service, then I expect top of the line service. Service advisor Kelsey 100%. Service tech 50% and am inconvenience for a good customer! More
