My family was blown away with the customer service and care we recieved at Regional Hyundai. We drove almost three hours because of how well Jake treated us over the phone. The Salesman even grabbed a bandaid for my daughter who fell on the concrete. I would drive back here anytime I need a new or used vehicle. The absolute best thing was that Regional is one of very few dealerships in the nation not trying to rip customers off by adding thousands to the MSRP of the Palisades. From the moment Jake called me, after I had reached out to the dealership through the internet, it was a wonderful experience. I had spoken with many car dealerships trying to find the right price for me to the dealership through the internet, it was a wonderful experience. I had spoken with many car dealerships trying to find the right price for me and Jake just had that honesty and sincerity about him when speaking with him over the phone that I knew I could trust him. I was buying a car from out of state and he helped me with all my questions, concerns and fears. He actually made the buying process so nice and easy. He picked me up at the airport and instantly made me feel at home. When we got to the dealership, everyone was friendly and everything went so smoothly from signing the papers and financing and having my car clean and ready for me to drive away in what I believe seemed to be less than an hour. Jake is a real Gem. I couldn't have asked for better service-and I am very happy with my vehicle- I love it! Jake had everything taken care of when I arrived, very organized- it was truly a grand time- they treated me like royalty! And Zach in the financial department was wonderful as well!
