April 7th I explained in detail when I dropped off the RV what the issue was, a few hours later l spoke to Tiffany on the phone again detailing the issue and also asked to have the front tires balanced and r what the issue was, a few hours later l spoke to Tiffany on the phone again detailing the issue and also asked to have the front tires balanced and rotated. Late in the afternoon we were called to pick up the vehicle. While driving away from the dealership I immediately heard the noise and turned around and went back. I brought Tiffany out to listen to the noise, she had the mechanic come out and listen to the noise, he said he hadn’t heard it when he was working on it. I asked him if he checked the idler pulley and he responded “Oh that’s a lot of work” in front of Tiffany. When it was obvious that they had no intention of making it right, I asked if they had an idler pulley which they sold to me and I went back and installed it myself. The reason that I took it to the dealership was that a mobile mechanic diagnosed the noise was possibly coming from the a/c compressor. Without removing the belt how could it be determine that the a/c compressor wasn’t an issue. After I replaced the idler pulley we were able to return to Tucson. April 9th on our way back to Tucson from Dunkirk I stopped at Discount Tire in Lima and had them balance and rotate all six tires. When they were done I asked if the front tires were out of balance and they said yes. Not knowing why I was asking, I can’t imagine they had any reason to lie to me. I was charged $143.97 for the front tires to be balanced and rotated and I have to believe that since it was “too much work” to do the main job I asked for, the tires were probably not done either, but I was billed for the work anyway. I am deeply disappointed in the quality of service provided by your dealership and if I ever return to Ohio to visit family I will go out of my way to find another dealership if I require service. Now that I am back in Tucson, I am considering writing to Lima Better Business Bureau to let them know what poor customer service you provide so that others can be warned. More

I live in Cincinnati and came home to Lima to see my parents. As I was driving on the highway I heard a loud noise and just thought it was the wind because it was heavy!
