I was having issues which I thought was battery, turns out it was. When Doug from service came to me and said I needed a battery, he wanted to know if the battery I had in the vehicle was a reconditioned out it was. When Doug from service came to me and said I needed a battery, he wanted to know if the battery I had in the vehicle was a reconditioned battery because it had an orange tape on it. I told him it better not be. I had the receipt indicating I purchased the battery from Reiselman 37 months prior. I showed him the receipt, he just walked off. I am now concerned I had a reconditioned battery and paid full price. I needed a brake bulb. I called Thursday and was told it would be Friday afternoon before they could put one in. I said I might have to get someone to put it in, but I was trying to continue my conversation and was hung up on. Poor customer service. More
