I took my 2015 Yukon in for issues with the transmission which is under warranty because they just replaced it a year ago. Was told they couldn’t find anything wrong with transmission but that my radiator w which is under warranty because they just replaced it a year ago. Was told they couldn’t find anything wrong with transmission but that my radiator was leaking. I have 107k miles on my Yukon and have not noticed any leaks or problems with radiator. . Was told it would be $1600 to replace it and it needed to be replaced soon. Very disappointed that they would fabricate this to make money and take advantage of a woman. Won’t be referring anyone to Reiselman and I won’t be back either. More

After buying over 22 vehicles they suck except for the service manager and sales personnel Drusky and Bellar. My check engine light came on after having service done at Reiselman 2 days prior. I did not have an appointment and showed up at the dealership about 10:00 AM, Douglas Rigsby took my vehicle back and kept at Reiselman 2 days prior. I did not have an appointment and showed up at the dealership about 10:00 AM, Douglas Rigsby took my vehicle back and kept me informed while the service dept tried to find out the problem. I am happy to say that the problem was resolved and I am very happy, as always with the service I received from Reiselman's Service Dept. More
