Reliable Nissan sells me a Traverse with a leak in the exhaust (didn’t know til now) and they sold me a MPP and calls it a “bumper to bumper” warranty. So I’m paying $100 extra dollars a month only to fin exhaust (didn’t know til now) and they sold me a MPP and calls it a “bumper to bumper” warranty. So I’m paying $100 extra dollars a month only to find out when I have an issue they have no mechanics knowledgeable to work on my Chevy (Ironic they can take my money and sell it to me then they have to send me to Reliable Chevrolet to have it looked at) and then I’m told by the mechanic “there is no such thing as a cover to cover warranty that exist. There is always clauses”.. they even made pay for the diagnostics. I had to pay for them to look at a damaged vehicle they sold me and told me that the warranty they sold me doesn’t cover the repairs or the diagnostics even though it’s called “bumper to bumper”. Garbage.. reliable Chevrolet and Nissan are the most UNRELIABLE out there. Con artist that have no problem taking your money and then tucking their tail when it actually comes to taking care of the customer More
