I recently made an appointment for an oil change. I took the vehicle in and was advised that it may take 2 hours. 2 hours later I noticed my vehicle was still outside in the yard, so I pointed that I took the vehicle in and was advised that it may take 2 hours. 2 hours later I noticed my vehicle was still outside in the yard, so I pointed that out to the service advisor. He promised the vehicle in 30 minutes. It took an hour. Three hours for an oil change is excessive. On the up side, I was was not charged for the oil change. I did not expect anything like that. They advertise a Quick Lube service which needs to be improved on. I will take my vehicle back when service is needed. More

Upon the initial visit, on a Sunday afternoon, there was no sales staff visible. James arrived as we were exiting the facility and I approached him. He informed me the vehicle I was interested was sold and no sales staff visible. James arrived as we were exiting the facility and I approached him. He informed me the vehicle I was interested was sold and there was no inventory on hand. He took my name and number, then called four days later to inform me that they had just received the model of vehicle I was interested in. We set up a meeting at 8:00 am the next day and I was able to drive off with my new car that afternoon. More
