I had a wonderful experience here. I was greated as I drove up. And Mr. Torello was a very helpful with all of my needs. And did what he could from my arrival to my final exit. He was always very professional and. understood my trepidation with this sales process. We reached an equitable agreement and I pulled the trigger on the sale. He continued to work with me after the sale to make sure I was completely satisfied with the process. I flew into Albuquerque and Ethan was in the new vehicle to pick me up when I made it out of the terminal to the curb. After returning to the dealership, Ethan familiarized me with features of the new vehicle and introduced me to his coworkers. All were friendly and accommodating.
