We came a purchased a truck and was sold the wrong one the first time, did not have the ability to tow what we asked for. We returned and spoke with Oliver Jones and he sold us the Truck we wanted the fir the first time, did not have the ability to tow what we asked for. We returned and spoke with Oliver Jones and he sold us the Truck we wanted the first time a 2500HD and we love it and have been able to pick up our new Travel Trailer. I would like to say my overall experience at Reliable Chevrolet was fantastic. Maria was amazing, my family and I felt very comfortable with her as she walked us through the process step by step. Every q Chevrolet was fantastic. Maria was amazing, my family and I felt very comfortable with her as she walked us through the process step by step. Every question we had was answered perfectly, she took very good care of us and even provided snacks as well since the process took a little long. Overall maria knows her job and we enjoyed working with her. Michael the sales manager was fantastic as well. Despite being new the facility it was almost as if he has been working there for a long time. Every question we had was answered perfectly, he made sure we understood was happening and what we were signing. He would also double check his work so that nothing was missed and I great fully appreciate it he was awesome. I will be back in the future as well as my family, Thank You!!!! More
