Was quoted 25 dollars for a windshield chip repair. Ended up being over 80 dollars. Marcos then took off some to make it just over 60, which was still over 2 times the quoted price. I spoke with his manager (I don't remember his name) who offered to give me a free oil change. I don't want a free oil change, I want a quote to be actually close to what the cost will be. Marcos said that it was 25, but the they had to add the cost of the contractor and 'shop charges.' If that's the case, he should have quoted it all when he gave me the quote, not just 25 and then it comes out to triple (double after he so graciously deducted some from the 80+ dollars it was). And I don't think the manager took my complaint seriously, he gave me lip service. More
