Emilio, scheduled me an appointment at the shop. I got there and everyone was so friendly. They offered me some coffee, and asked me if I needed to charge my phone? The month prior I had taken my car to Galles Chevrolet for the recall. I waited in the Lobby, for a while before I was notified that they didn't have the part. while I waited Not one person acknowledged my presence there.
