First experience here. While it was clean, comfortable, and professional I was underwhelmed at how slow the service was. I understand service writes have very little control of the mechanics in the back, but when quoting a time for an oil change to be complete should be more accurate. He said one hour to an hour and a half. It took two and a half hours for the oil change. They did offer a complementary shuttle ride to anywhere we wanted to go. But had I known it was going to take that long, I would have taken the ride to the appointment I missed. I'll be back as the customer service was great as was the oil change. But I won't trust the amount of time they quote me. More

I would give zero stars if I could. Three weeks of having my vehicle to only be told I had to put a new battery in it before it could be further diagnosed, because the service area at t Three weeks of having my vehicle to only be told I had to put a new battery in it before it could be further diagnosed, because the service area at the dealership just swore up and down it was a bad battery causing my issues. Lone and behold, after paying their diagnostic fee for nothing and a new battery, my vehicle is still having the same issue that they refused to listen to me about. Now it’s going to a different dealership to be looked at fixed because Reliable Chevy completely dropped the ball and left me hanging. Feel lol I was cheated by them. More
