However, I approved the mounting of two new tires and found NEW damages (due to carelessness) on my custom wheels that are not even a year old. Currently in a dispute pending a review of the damages. Didn't buy my car from them and I don't have warranty service with them. I CHOSE to have certified service from them and they damaged my custom Corvette rims. Weeks later no real follow up, missed one phone call, with no return phone call, voicemail or text. Asked for an estimate and was given a $400 part markup. More
I was sold a 2021 Chevrolet Colorado with a check engine light that came on ten days after purchase. I took it to the dealership and the problem was fixed, I hope. I arrived at 1:55 for a 2:00 appointment for my first oil change. My maintenance light turned on the day prior, 4 months sooner than the dealership said the service would be needed. I hadn’t put on more than change. My maintenance light turned on the day prior, 4 months sooner than the dealership said the service would be needed. I hadn’t put on more than 3k miles on the car. The man to check me in wasn’t around and another man went ahead and checked in the person who arrived after me and then told me he forgot about me and that someone would get to me soon. Finally about ten minutes later the man I guess was assigned to handle my check in greeted me. He was nice and checking in didn’t take too long but he told me I would be done well before 4:00 which is when my daughter got out of school. I sat there for almost 3 hours. Then on my way home I try and use the windshield wipers to clean the windshield and there is no fluid. This morning I called to verify that this was an included fluid that is filled during an oil change and it is. I then informed him I was at their dealership for almost 3 hours yesterday for an oil change and that the fluid wasn’t topped off and asked if the tires were even rotated? He did not have an answer and just replied that I can stop in today to have them fill the fluid for me. A trip to the dealership is a trip I would have to go to out of my way and is a big inconvenience for me. It’s just upsetting that we were promised this amazing service package with the purchase of the extended warranty only to be treated like that after we purchased the vehicle. More
