Took my car in two days after I bought it for a problem with my tire. They “fixed” it quick but didn’t complete the whole problem. Need to go back for them to reset items. the ceramic coating detail left my vehicle with micro scratch swirls all over my paint job. very inconvenient to have to go back and it still didn't get resolved. now it looks worse scratches are still scratch swirls all over my paint job. very inconvenient to have to go back and it still didn't get resolved. now it looks worse scratches are still there plus paint job looks less shinny and more cloudy. Also the forgot to install my engine block heater so they offer to install it jimmy rigged after the fact at the dealership. I'm very disappointed with everything if I'm being honest. More
The service was good, but the down time for the actually services to be done was slow. services to be done was slow. More
Aaron Williams was very knowledgable and informative about the service and all questions I had. The work was done in the estimated time frame and I was on my way. I do have one question. I live 100 mil about the service and all questions I had. The work was done in the estimated time frame and I was on my way. I do have one question. I live 100 miles away. If I need a software update that takes 4 to 6 hours to do, do I have any options other than to just sit there and wait? Such as a loner vehicle to go get something to eat. More
