An hour and 15 minutes for a tire rotation is not acceptable. Also, the next day I got a call from a woman who said she was the service manager. She apologized for it taking so long and offered me a free oil change, but I was just passing through, so I could not accept. She also asked me not to fill out any other requests for surveys that I might get. More
