I recently visited Reliable Chevy for a routine oil change and tire rotation, and I have to say it was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at a service center. I waited for over 3 hours wi change and tire rotation, and I have to say it was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at a service center. I waited for over 3 hours with no updates or communication from the staff. When I finally inquired, I was told by the service agent that they were short-staffed and that “there’s nothing I can do.” While I understand that the service agent was busy and seemed to be running around trying to keep up, the lack of compassion and communication was disappointing. He didn’t seem at fault for the delays, but the management clearly needs to address the staffing issues and ensure that customers are informed if there’s going to be an extended wait. To make matters worse, after all that waiting, the job wasn’t even fully completed. I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall experience. Reliable Chevy really needs to improve their service management if they want to retain loyal customers. I expected much better from a dealership with “Reliable” in its name. More
