Had my brand new truck for 2 weeks for simple warranty work, no communication, had to call multiple times, service manager said I better just pick it up and they’d call me when they could get around to fi work, no communication, had to call multiple times, service manager said I better just pick it up and they’d call me when they could get around to fixing it. Excuse after excuse, the tech is sick, this tech isn’t certified for warranty work, the dog ate my homework. Never called me, pretty sure the service ticket is still open 2 months later….had to go to another dealer and they did fix within a week. Unbelievably bad service shop, I’ve never experienced anything like this. More
