I was told because of short staffing that my service would take 3-3.5 hours. It took almost 5 hours. Never once was I informed about any delays or, offer any type of discount for the delay. Very bad business purchased a Chevy Silverado from you guys four days later the battery completely gave out had to go purchase a $300 battery so I called the guy who sold me the truck. Bring me in the receipt and we could reimburse you took off work went to go show him my receipt. He took my receipt and said all my manager said that the GM needs to be here to give out money so kept my receipt and said to call him back later on that afternoon and we could figure out when I could go meet with him in GM tried several times to call him back. Could not get a hold of him to my understanding. The guy doesn’t even work there anymore that sold me the truck cause it’s been about a year and a half. I do want a business here in Rio, Rancho, New Mexico and deal with tons of customers on a daily basis that I could send over to your business to purchase vehicles but will not and won’t ever recommend reliable Chevrolet for the bad business that I had to go through.
