Roberto Pompa-Madrid was an excellent salesman because of the simple reason that he was not trying to sell us anything! Jonathan went above and beyond in his patience with a customer who had many questions and demands of information about the vehicle. He walked me through the onerous details if the sale documents, even af customer who had many questions and demands of information about the vehicle. He walked me through the onerous details if the sale documents, even after closing hours. On pick up day we had loose ends and he assisted me, kindly making it all less arduous. My only complaint is the excessive paperwork required of me when it was a simple all-cash purchase. All documents related to security of financing should be reduced to expedite an all cash sale. Jonathan's patience and pleasant demeanor made it all more tolerable. And Ethan also had to explain every unnecessary detail to me. He patiently accomplished that. More
