Check engine came on within 5 miles, had to drive back 300 miles, dealer lies, dealer not thankful, once we signed contract dealer became antagonistic, Gap dealer got upset and judgmental. Took almost three hours for an oil change and told me 5 to 10 minutes for the last hour. When I told them I needed to leave Mark told me straight to my face that because he closed my ticket out that it cut to 10 minutes for the last hour. Then said five to ten minutes again. That took over 20. Check in at 8:32 and left ten minutes before 11 for a scheduled oil change. Then lied too the entire time. Very poor service More

Dropped off the vehicle for an oil change at 8:30am, additional work was needed. Told estimated time the work was to be done was 5:30. The vehicle was not done until 6:50pm. When I drove home could hear additional work was needed. Told estimated time the work was to be done was 5:30. The vehicle was not done until 6:50pm. When I drove home could hear ticking and had to return the following morning to fix. The car interior was dirty with black fingerprints on the driver's seat and passenger seat, I believe were oil or grease marks. No protective gear was placed in the vehicle to protect or prevent any damage or mess. More
