The dealership had my vehicle for a bit. The first guy that was helping me...no longer worked there after a couple of weeks. Then Cord took over and he was great. Randy did an excellent job very knowledgeable and helpful. only issue I had was with the tech not doing all the work I brought it in for. (oil change and tire rotation) oil change was done but tire r helpful. only issue I had was with the tech not doing all the work I brought it in for.
