Stellar Richard is very professional. He knows his business and always makes time to answer questions. I noticed that the other tech's will tell you they are Richard is very professional. He knows his business and always makes time to answer questions. I noticed that the other tech's will tell you they are working on another customer and they will help when they are done. So you step away and another customer happens to stroll up and they forgot your there. There is not a consistency there. But with Richard, he addresses you the customer with utmost respect. Service Richard always goes above and beyond every time I bring my truck in for service. Today was no exception; after overhearing that another service member Richard always goes above and beyond every time I bring my truck in for service. Today was no exception; after overhearing that another service member was unable to replace my brake light bulb he proceeded to replace the bulb himself and then walked me through the inspection of my truck (my truck had just been in an accident over the weekend). He also talked with me about what to ask the insurance adjuster to make sure my family would be safe riding in my truck until the body work was performed. Over the years I have been coming to Reliable Richard has always been professional, helpful and knowledgeable regarding my vehicle and it's service needs. More
