I had a few ideas on what I was looking for, and Don skillfully helped we wade through the many models to choose from and helped me quickly limit to the two models that met my needs. We took a test drive together, Don went over the various features, gave me pricing on both makes, then I informed Don I would be back as I had a couple of other makes to investigate before making my decision. Don was excellent and I felt no pressure to buy on the spot. When I came back a few days later with my wife, Don again was very patient as we again test drove both vehicles. After Don helped us with the model/features, he quickly wrote up the pre-contract (no surprises, yay!) and we were off to finance! In finance, we had the pleasure of working with Alicia Shirato. She was wonderful! She immediately made us feel at ease with the right mix of professionalism, personal stories, wittiness, humor and personality as we went through all the finance arrangements and paperwork, base & extended warranty options, protection plans, etc. We had a dinner we had to get to, so helped us fly through the procedure so we were able to get to our dinner on time in our new Santa Fe Sport! He rode in the car with us to make sure we were happy with all the features of the car. He filled up our gas tank to FULL so that we could make the long distance drive home to Kansas. He also ordered floor mats for us and they arrived within 2 weeks.
