Completely Dishonest!!! First of all they gave me a guarantee of $2,000 for my trade-in. This was sight unseen. After I made the 1.5 hour drive to the lot, they inspected my trade-in and decided that they would only give me $1,000 for it. Aside from this, they also concealed some cosmetic defects on the car I was looking to purchase. We ended up purchasing the vehicle. Mostly due to pressure from the salesmen and the stress of the screaming baby that we took along with us. They made us wait several hours (hence the screaming baby). Overall.... Just don't do it! I would highly recommend that you stay away from the lot. More
We are from the St Robert area and own a Hyundai Sonata. This can be a problem when it comes to service if you live far from the Springfield area. The first couple times we tried to arrange for a loaner car This can be a problem when it comes to service if you live far from the Springfield area. The first couple times we tried to arrange for a loaner car to enable us to get around while the car stayed in the shop all day. This did not work out in part I believe because we did not get to speak directly to Mark Mahoney in person. However, my faith is restored! Although we were not able to get a loaner this service trip and needed to take two cars, Mark was great. He was very sympathetic to our plight and our rational for a loaner when we do have to make the 200 mile trek. He assured me he would work personally with me in the future on a loaner. Mark discussed my cars issues and quickly informed me that there were also two recall repairs needed ( I was not aware) and made sure all my issues were annotated. When I came to get my car Mark briefed me and made sure I understood everything that was done or would require a wait for parts to come in, when they would arrive etc. He took me out to my car which had been washed, filled up with gas for the inconvenience with needing to drive two cars for 400 miles. I have to say I had a great service experience and am fully satisfied. So thank you Mark Mahoney for what turned out to be great customer service, Jim More

The customer service people & service department are the BEST we have had the PLEASURE to meet & work with. Mark Mahoney in the service department is OUTSTANDING. They do not OVER CHARGE you or give you a line that you need to service this or that, because it is time. They check your vehicle out completely & when they see a problem or not a problem, they point it out to you & give you a reasonable opinion of what should be done or NOT DONE. Thank you Mark Mahoney & everyone else at Hyundai. We even checked out new cars, just to pass some time while waiting & we did not feel PRESSURED by salesmen at all. I've talked with Tiffany & Kimberly one the phone & these two young ladies were also so very friendly & helpful. A positive, quick and no hassel experience. Have bought several cars over the last few years and this is a professional operation. The salesman was pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and never pushy. Felt like he would have spent all day working with me if needed. Stayed with me during the wait for finance and made sure I was taken care of. Russell did the follow up call and was sincere about making sure I was happy. The finance process took less time than average and the finance agent was friendly and thorough. I have to leave for a military deployment in ten days and my wife had been nagging me about getting a vehicle with four wheel drive for the upcoming winter. I ran into Dewey completely by accident at the lo my wife had been nagging me about getting a vehicle with four wheel drive for the upcoming winter. I ran into Dewey completely by accident at the local Barnes and Noble and as we struck up a conversation I learned that he sold cars at Reliable Imports. So I asked him about which vehicle he would trust with his wife and kids if he were in my situation. He rattled off about ten vehicles off the top of his head which fit my criteria that were on his lot and encouraged us to stop by and take a look at them. One vehicle in particular, a Jeep Commander, struck my interest and three days later my wife and I drove to Reliable Imports to take a look at it. We prefer to shop for cars late at night because we don't like the high pressure sales tactics that car dealers tend to use and although we arrived late the lot was still staffed. There it sat, a white hulking low-mileage beast, just as Dewey had described. While we were staring at the interior of the vehicle we were approached by none other that Dewey himself. Even though he was on his way home he stayed while we test drove the vehicle. They put a half tank of gas in and let us take it home for the evening. We showed back up at four the next afternoon and promptly purchased the vehicle. I generally hate the financing part of the process but this dealership completely broke the mold in every aspect of the game. It was almost as enjoyable as dealing with Dewey. We spent more time talking with Dennis regarding our personal interests than we did about the car. Dennis presented us with a plethora of options on how to pay. Look the reality is that these guys are doing this job for money, but they don't make it feel that way. It felt like they were just as concerned for my family as I am. I traded in my vehicle--seeing as how I won't be driving it for the next 12-18 months--and plan on purchasing another from these guys when I return. More
