I always take my Mazda to Reliable Imports to be serviced. I appreciate the personal attention that especially Jason Gaddy gives, but all employees in the Mazda service department are professional a serviced. My first visit to Reliable Hyundai was for a pesky rattle in the trunk at 2800 miles,they earned my businees when they found the rattle & fixed it. Mark, Brandon & the entire Reliable Team have earned my trust. The guys that greet me when I pull in make me feel welcome. The popcorn is always popping in the lounge, the shuttle service, the free car wash & vacuum everytime I go there. Sometimes I just drop in & they wash my Sonata for me for free. Great People! LIARS!! I have sooooo much to say but too pissed to say it right now! Quick comment- car is less than 2 months old. Bought car from Fletcher in Joplin. LOVE FLETCHER!!! GO TO FLETCHER!! The battery was bad, took it to reliable, they installed a OLD battery that was much smaller than the original and didnt tell us. My husband installs batteries on cars for a living and knows what if should have. Then the carpet is ripping under the front seat. Took it to reliable, they said it looks to have been cut by a box knife when the dealership removed the plastic from the carpet. They wont replace and said we have to take the car to Fletcher. Lie! The plastic on the carpet doesnt get cut out. It pulls off. I called Fletcher and told them of the issue. They are more than happy to fix it and even offered to call reliable on our behalf. We said no that was not needed as we are making a formal complaint with Hyundai motor company about reliables dealership and service department. DO NOT GO TO RELIABLE IMPORTS. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND GO TO JOPLIN!! More

They lie, can't even do a simple brake bleed without having to send me to another dealership. I was without my car 2 days for something that should have taken 1/2 day, because of this. And it was on my having to send me to another dealership. I was without my car 2 days for something that should have taken 1/2 day, because of this. And it was on my second visit that they finally said it needed the brakes bled, which I told them the first time. Tires have a slow leak, have to stop in about every 9 days (nitrogen) unless they over fill them to make it last longer. The brake bleed actually ended up being the brake cylinder, they had it twice and didn't catch that. Luckily it was covered under the extended warranty I bought so I would not have unwanted repair expenses while I have car payments. This was a 4 year old car. I had not even driven it far enough for the first oil change. I also asked the people who had the car to check a "roaring" noise. I thought from the time I bought it that it was something to do with it being a 4 cylinder, my last car was 6 and I know the 4 cyl makes a different noise. But then I realized it was not consistant. They said it was the wheel bearing, not covered by the extended warranty. I believe both of these things were existing when I bought it and they knew it. They won't stand behind it. I had not bought a vehecile in Mo before and didn't know they don't collect sales tax at point of sale. Would never have thought in a thousand years you don't pay the tax at point of sale. I planned on keeping my other vehecile til the wheels fell off. But I had to sell it to pay the sales tax. I asked the next day within 24 hours to cancel contact because I didn't want to sell my Voyager, I LOVED IT but it had 265,000 miles. They would not let me cancel the contract. I'm crying in the office, saying I don't have the money to pay the taxes to licence it. I didn't ask for anything off the asking price because I needed to buy it no money down, so I figured the money they "usually" have for wiggle room in price they could have either let me cancel or payed the taxes for me (lower the sale price).
