I spoke with a courteous and helpful agent scheduling my service appointment on the phone. The service person efficiently started the paperwork for my car and confirmed my contact number since I was droppin service appointment on the phone. Went in for noisy brakes. $635 later & problem still happening(replaced brakes, rotors & flushed brake lines)! Called back & going back 9/3/24.
