I had a Nissan OEM charging pad installed in my newly purchased 2023 Nissan Froniter. After two failed attempts to install it, I received my money back for the part but was stuck with a $320 install bill purchased 2023 Nissan Froniter. Lodged a complaint with Nissan Motor Corp and they indicated it is the dealership to resolve. Can’t even get a phone call back from the dealership GM. Won’t be buying another vehicle from ( Un) Reliable Nissan. More
I drove into Reliable Nissan yesterday with an oil leak following service done by a local Jiffy Lube. Reuben was very helpful and consulted with Victor the mechanic. Simple solution, the Jiffy Lube tech following service done by a local Jiffy Lube. Reuben was very helpful and consulted with Victor the mechanic. Simple solution, the Jiffy Lube tech did not install the dip stick completely. I was a bit embarrassed and certainly will think twice about returning to Jiffy Lube instead of service at Reliable. If I could have given you zero stars I would have. I have never been treated like your service department treated me and my brother this evening. I went with my brother to pick up his wife's car which has been in and out of your service department over the last year for the same issue. When we walked in, we had a positive attitude, we were joking and laughing when we walked in. We waited our turn and approached the service desk to let the person (sorry didn’t get his name) know why we were there. He called you and after a few minutes, you came out with an attitude as you walked past us in the waiting area. I could see it on your face, and you didn't say hi, kiss my xxx, or anything, just a puffed-out chest, and kept on walking. Then you walk to the back desk thinking no one could see you while you called your friend to come up to the service area, I am always watching. Just how I roll. Your friend tries to act all cool and comes to size up my brother. I can't believe you thought no one would notice this (rookie). I think this is where we started to see what kind of person you are, and our attitudes started peeking the pesky head out. You took your time before you came in and asked my brother to sign the repair order. He asked you what he was signing, and you said it is all written here and that since his wife mentioned the word attorney you could no longer work on the car. I get that again not sure why all the attitudes. While all this is going down, your friend keeps walking up behind my brother, nice to know that you felt you needed to call someone. I thought it was funny, but also kind of felt threatened. Then the attitude continued when my brother again asked you to explain what he is signing because what he sees that was not on the piece of paper you handed him and the one you were asking him to sign was a 191.00 diagnostic charge which you told me you were going to waive (I sure hope this is true). Then you proceed to tell him to quit staring at you, unfortunately, people do stare, yes, he was heated by then and words were said (while your friend kept walking up behind my brother, again you two are rookies). I'm not sure what he thought he was going to do, you’re in a place of business with lots of witnesses and cameras. Trying to calm the situation down, I stepped in and asked you to understand where he and his wife are coming from, they are paying for a car that is in your shop more than they get to drive it and you can't figure out how to fix the issue. xxxx, Nissan can't figure out how to fix the issue. At first you wouldn’t let me look at the paper you were trying to get my brother to sign until I told you that I wanted to make sure there was not something on one paper that was not on the other. You started this transaction off on a bad foot by coming out with an attitude and then talking to my brother the way you did. He was doing his best to remain calm. Yes, my brother was also frustrated and said some not-so-nice choice words to you and came up and apologized and shook your hand (Bigger Man), you still had an attitude while talking to me. Right before this, we were talking to a couple in the waiting area that had received similar treatment for bringing their car in for warranty repairs. I'm not sure where you are from, but customer service is the name of the game, and coming out with an attitude, to begin with, does not make for a pleasant conversation, not sure what you thought that was going to accomplish.
