Reliable Nissan - Service Center

Took my car in for a diagnostic with an appointment at 10am and they told me they would have to take it to hyundai even though I bought the car there. I left my car there and waited for a call that I neve 10am and they told me they would have to take it to hyundai even though I bought the car there. I left my car there and waited for a call that I never got so I decided to call around 4:30 pm and they said it was still at hyundai and would let me know. I told them I needed my car to get to and from work and wasn’t told about it being a whole day and got no help at all. Next day rolls around and I called multiple times starting at 9am and was sent to voicemail each time and never got a call back, when I finally got ahold of someone it was 4pm 30hours after I took it in for something really simple. My car had not even been touched or looked at within that time. I ended up just saying give my car back and nothing was fixed and all I was told was to schedule with Hyundai and Nissan which to do at the same time is hard. So I don’t recommend and their communication sucks and needs work cause I didn’t know where my car even was for 2 days cause no one called to update me I had to call a whole bunch of times just to get an answer. More

We had to go to Albuquerque NM for a family emergency and while we were there we realized we were going to reach mileage that would require an oil change.
