A very professional experience, far superior to my visits in years past. Seated in the waiting room, it appeared other customers were also getting updates from their service reps. Huge waste of my time spent on this dealership! ! Spent a week talking with a dealer about a car. Let him know we were serious, even offered to put a deposit down to secure it. We even had an approval with our bank, and even filled out their credit app he sent me to see if they could get us a better deal! Basically we could have had all paperwork ready to go with just the signatures needed. We live over 4 hours away, so we planned on heading up that weekend. Communication was very weak, and the day before we left I tried to reach him that morning to make sure everything was good bc we did not want to waste a day, and after no response, I called the office later in the afternoon, only to find out he was not in office. I then spoke with another dealer, got him up to speed where we were at with everything, and he managed to get me some answers I was waiting to get from dealer 1. So, the morning we were to set to leave, we get a text from dealer 1 that the car sold the day before. My husband and I were both beyond disappointed and frustrated as we had been talking all week and had everything set in place. Had we been able to put a deposit down, or if the communication within the dealership was better, I would not have wasted a week! We found another car shortly after that with another dealer who was very communicative, held on to the key of the car we were seriously discussing and once we put a deposit down, they took the car off the lot until our arrival. Reliable cars does NOT live up to its name, and doesn’t even deserve the one star. If you are not local, I would steer clear of this dealership!! More
