Only reason I didn't walk out was I wanted the car Went in with an appointment to see an orange crosstrek. Got there no orange. OK I can settle for another color. The sales guy obviously was a little dense and kept pushing his pitch. Shut up let me drive the car. Finally get through that and do financing paperwork. My credit is 824. Should be a quick process sign and drive. Oh xxxx no. I wait listening to our sales man continuing to try to sell me 5th can I already am committing to I am forced to tour the sales department. Really. I do not need this. However the mechanic knows something about Subaru. He should have been the sales man. Far less obnoxious. Courtney in finance was awesome though. She was 5th fastest part of the experience. And she was not obnoxious. The entire process took almost 4 hours. I have been in dealers who had me in and out with a car in under 2. It was a lot of pointless waiting. Had I not been set on a crosstrek I would have walked out. More

Upon hearing our complaint the general manager (Trevor) and the customer service manager (Misty) went above and beyond to change our initial impression. Overall we are pleased with the treatment we received from Reliable Subaru. I have no doubt the sale associate that gave us the poor customer service is not the normal culture at that dealership. I would recommend buying a new car from Reliable Subaru to my friends and family. Thank you for making my wife happy with her new car. More
My wife and I recently purchased a new Subaru Outback and were exceptionally pleased with the entire buying process at Reliable Subaru. Our sales rep Dennon was super to work with, and really knows his prod were exceptionally pleased with the entire buying process at Reliable Subaru. Our sales rep Dennon was super to work with, and really knows his product. The negotiating process was very quick and fair, and we are very happy with the fact that we got a terrific deal without any stress or drama! The financing process with Mike was also a great experience. We were approved through the bank at a crazy low 1.7%, but Reliable Subaru beat that by almost half, 0.9%! I know that most people will tell everyone when they have a problem, but forget to tell anyone when they have a great experience, so I wanted to be sure to post here what an extremely satisfying experience we had, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get into a new ride.
