The dealership is nice, everyone was kind. I came to the new car lot two times and neither visit was I met on the lot. The deal part of the process was as frustrating as I knew it would be. I get it but it feel awful. The salesmen were fine, they are the messengers and I commend them for the balancing act they perform. In the end I worked with a rep who works with the Company work for and we came to a compromise.
