My process was about 8 months and I can’t say enough about how good he was at checking in as well as not being pushy. We worked with Ian for our loan and even that went better than expected. We were ready for the high pressure sales pitch on all the warranties and he was a genuinely nice guy not trying to push us into anything, just made sure we knew what was available.
