Reliable Toyota made getting a new car an enjoyable experience. I had Benjamin Brownlow helping me through everything and I couldn’t have been in better hands. I felt like he listened to what I was needing, gave suggestions on what would fit my lifestyle, and helped me get a car that was perfect! Couldn’t have been been happier. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the process and answered any questions that I had. Throughout the process I never felt pressured or like I didn’t have any options. After finding the perfect car I worked with Ian Letterman for financing. Again, he was very helpful and made me feel comfortable with everything before signing, was was very helpful, and I felt like he wasn’t suggesting anything he wouldn’t get himself. After everything was said and done with I was very pleased and felt like they actually cared if I was happy with everything. A week after having the car I got followup messages from Benjamin and Ian making sure everything was going alright with the car and they made sure that I was still good with everything. At about a month after getting my car some birds thought the trim was a worm and ripped it, so I had to take it to Reliable Toyota’s servicing department as well. I was met with extremely helpful people who were able to get me in and out with new trim within 15 minutes. At 90 days of having the car Benjamin reached out again to make sure the car was still going smooth and to ask if I needed anything else. Reliable Toyota is a dealership that actually cares about those who come in. I would recommend anyone to come to this dealership. 10/10 recommend! More
