Drew always checks in with us to make sure everything is going well for us periodically and makes sure that there isn't anything that he can't do to help us out. We greatly appreciate his hospitality and patience with us, we aren't always the most patient clients. I did switch to a Lexus on the last vehicle and appreciated that he was able to still help me with my buying experience. I still love the Toyota 4 Runners and may switch back some day but for now I am enjoying my GX 460. Kudos to all of your staff at the Toyota and Lexus dealerships!
