My wife and I were shopping for a new car for our family for over six months. It was stacking up to be a horrible experience. Then, one day we wandered onto the used vehicle lot at Reliable Toyota and wer for over six months. It was stacking up to be a horrible experience. Then, one day we wandered onto the used vehicle lot at Reliable Toyota and were fortunate enough to have Jack Dugger come out and greet us. Having just finished talking to a pushy salesman at another dealership, Jack was a breath of fresh air. He appeared genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect car for our family even if it meant waiting for the right inventory to come in. We told him what we were looking for and provided him with an idea of our budget. The right car wasn’t on the lot that day, but after we left, we immediately heard from Jack every few days anytime something new would hit the lot that was close to what we wanted. Finally, one day, the perfect car arrived; right down to the color my wife wanted and the tow packaged that we could have went without, but needed. Jack even helped us get the pricing down to our budget. He was great to work with the whole time and we won’t think twice about working with him in the future. More
