My salesman at Reliable Toyota was Ben Brownlow and I would rate him a 10 on a scale of 1-10. I order a new RAV4 last October 2022 and it arrived at the dealership last Tuesday, 25 April 2023. Ben did ex would rate him a 10 on a scale of 1-10. I order a new RAV4 last October 2022 and it arrived at the dealership last Tuesday, 25 April 2023. Ben did explain to me that ordering a new vehicle would take up to six months or longer. Thru this time period Ben would call me with updates every three or four weeks. I feel Ben went up and above as a sales person in keeping me informed about me new RAV4 and explaining all the features of the vehicle when I took possession of it. Ben also followed up a week later with a phone asking if I had any questions and how I was doing and offer for me to come in and he would go over all the features of the vehicle.
