Overall the dealership met my expectations during the 9 month process to receive an order for a new truck. I was a bit dissatisfied with the transparency of supply chain issues that were causing delays in month process to receive an order for a new truck. Once it became clear a particular exterior paint color was not readily available, I chose to change color. Then the dealer went above my expectation in negotiating a trade with another dealer to speed up my order. The final delivery and closing process was all excellent. My sales rep, Daniel, was very good to work through the process. He was transparent, timely in answering my phone calls and questions, and on the day of purchase, did an excellent job of explaining a very long list of vehicle operations, buttons, and media. More
