From start to finish, my experience with Reliable has been an A+ in every way. My Sales Rep, Kyler, has truly been Top Shelf to work with. On numerous occasions, and many were impromptu on my sudden visi been an A+ in every way. My Sales Rep, Kyler, has truly been Top Shelf to work with. On numerous occasions, and many were impromptu on my sudden visits, he went out of his way to assist my wife and I in the research, options and purchasing. He kept us informed weekly, and notified us of other possible vehicles that met our build criteria and desires. Kudos to the whole Sales and Service Department on their pro:active awareness and courtesy at the doors and simply helping to answer any question and resolve any issue. It doesn't take long to see how these guys are Customer Oriented, and we appreciated that. Kyler also took me to other colleagues that had an option on their own vehicle so I could see it first-hand. That's first-rate Service and tells me he and they sought to EARN my business, and wanted me to have all the information I needed to make a sound decision. Parts tech, Tony Waldron took time to escort me over to another department colleague to see an actual installed option I was considering. That's customer-oriented service my friends. Kyler is a fun guy who gets down to business. I briefly corresponded with 4 other Toyota Dealers in and out of our state, and Reliable surpassed them in customer care, options and pricing and professionalism. This has been a challenging year to purchase a new vehicle, let alone a highly popular one like the Tacoma. Kyler kept me informed of the build status and expected delivery. Upon its arrival at the dealership, they went above and beyond to get it prepped for me as I had a medical requirement that would postpone my taking possession of it for a few more weeks at best. Kyler and the Reliable Staff made it happen! Kudos also to Bruce Smith in the Finace Department as well! Few people have "good" interpersonal skills coupled with product knowledge, but Bruce excels in them both. He made the "distasteful" financial aspects and requirements both fun and personable. Employee really knew his business which was very impressive. I had already researched which vehicle I wanted so we got started on the vehicle and the price.
