I purchased a new Sienna hybrid van through Reliable Toyota in Springfield, MO. I live in Columbia but chose to go through Springfield because they get a much larger inventory of allocations. Also, when I met with the salesperson initially (Jordan McClain), he was very kind and calm, went through all my options and assured me that I could find something that works for my family. While waiting for allocations over the next 2-3 months, we communicated via text and phone and he was always prompt and responsive. When the van eventually arrived at the dealership, Jordan was on vacation but I worked with Dylan Massey and he was also very good with explaining everything in the buying process and providing good conversation while waiting for the financing department. Overall, I had a great experience with Reliable Toyota and I would buy from them again! More
