As I was leaving at 12:30, I saw my old tires with stickers attached sitting in parts department. Using tracking numbers I started tracking return tires 2 days later. Nothing. Finally I started what ended up being 4 hours of phone calls between Phoenix, Fedex and Reliable to finally locage tires still in parts department 7 days later. Shane Freemen located them and had them put on loading dock for pick up. Reliable phone system does not allow for anyone to contact an individual by extension number, compounding the situation More
