We have wanted to replace our 2007 Trundra with a new Tacoma for several years now, but have not been willing to pay the price. When we finally decided we were ready to buy we contacted two local Toyota Tacoma for several years now, but have not been willing to pay the price. When we finally decided we were ready to buy we contacted two local Toyota dealerships and asked them to find us a truck, they were suppose to call back by the following day!! Well they never called back, finally reached the one dealership that had sold us our 2020 Camry/Hybrid to let him know we were buying from Reliable as he never called us back. We then called Reliable from vacation in Florida and had a deposit put down on a new Tacoma within an hour! Upon the deposit/purchase we were given Drew Lindeman as our salesman, what a helpful young man. Very knowledgeable about products and helping us to get our desired trade-in value. Great professionalism with clients. He completed the sale to our complete satisfaction and was flexible with our schedule. This was by far the best car/truck purchase ever for us! The entire dealership went to great lengths to make it a pleasurable experience for us. We will make Reliable Toyota our Dealership for all future purchases, even though it is longer drive for us.
