Buying a car is a challenging experience nowadays, but Jordan McClain at Reliable Toyota did a great job helping us purchase our 2022 Toyota Corolla Hybrid to replace our 2010 Prius which was totaled by a Jordan McClain at Reliable Toyota did a great job helping us purchase our 2022 Toyota Corolla Hybrid to replace our 2010 Prius which was totaled by a deer right before Christmas. We feel very blessed that a car we were interested in was available locally and Jordan was very helpful and patient in answering our questions, arranging a test drive on a used model they had on their lot, and in keeping us updated on our car's arrival date. We had bought our base model Prius new, but the Corolla was only a few thousand dollars more 12 years later and it has many more stock features included so we really feel like we're getting good value, especially given that we weren't expecting to replace the Prius anytime soon. We decided to purchase an extended Vehicle Service Agreement for the first time due to the sophisticated electronics on the vehicle. We weren't expecting to do that, but Reliable surprised us by including five years worth of paint protection at no additional cost. The one criticism that I have is that it took over three hours to complete our purchase. If we had known that, we would've asked to order pizza. More
