My salesman, Michael Thompson, was tremendous! He deserves 5 STARS. I gave this 3 star review, as the Finance guy was very sub-par. To start with the good, he was a very kind guy and was pleasant deserves 5 STARS. I gave this 3 star review, as the Finance guy was very sub-par. To start with the good, he was a very kind guy and was pleasant to talk to. When I dealt with him on the financing of my new 2021 Camry Hybrid, he was very pushy and deceptive. He insisted that "the bank" wanted me to purchase GAP insurance and an extended service contract in order to make sure I could get the loan. He said they wanted to make sure I got these protections on the vehicle. He was very pushy in selling his additional products, like, he was telling me how bad the basic Toyota warranties are, and that these extended service contracts make up where Toyota lacks, etc. He talked way over my head, and then acted like I was stupid when I didn't understand what he was telling me. Based on the finance guy, I should have purchased from Central Toyota in Jonesboro. However, Michael Thompson in sales was excellent! If give 5 stars if this review was solely for him. More
