My husband and I went in looking for a new RAV4 Hybrid. We were sad to see there were none available, but also knew that every dealer was dealing with this issue. No biggie! Anthony came out and helped us go over everything we were looking for, and advised us a new build could take 2-4 months. We weren't in a hurry to purchase a new car, so we didn't mind waiting. When we went inside to chat he stepped away and came back letting us know someone just canceled their order and it was exactly what we were looking for! After some negotiating we went ahead and put a deposit down, and got a call a month later that it was ready! Anthony was great through the whole process, and we absolutely love our new car! More
