We have purchased through Toyota for years, but reliable takes the cake for their services and customer service! Due to unforeseen circumstances we were down a vehicle for a few months, the last vehicle pu takes the cake for their services and customer service! Due to unforeseen circumstances we were down a vehicle for a few months, the last vehicle purchased here suffering an accident that left it totaled. We contacted the service team straight away and Kyler Talik was quick to keep us informed on inventory as it became available. When we found a used car online over the weekend Kyler T., having provided his number to us, was able to get us the information we needed to put in our request for the car even when the showroom was closed as it was Sunday. He scheduled us a time for pickup, and even in the awkward scenario of deciding it wasn’t the car we wanted and actually decided to switch to a new car instead he helped us transfer everything over and had us walking out the door with our new car same day. From the financial department, Austin was incredibly helpful and informative, taking the time to go over everything with us and discuss our options for the purchase. Coupled with all the amazing stuff you get with purchasing through them I will always choose reliable first. More
