I just bought my second car from Reliable Toyota about a month ago and was pretty disappointed in the service this time around. I have been trying to get a hold of my salesman, Jack, for the last month b month ago and was pretty disappointed in the service this time around. I have been trying to get a hold of my salesman, Jack, for the last month because no one has contacted me about making an appointment to buff out the paint on my Camry since it had scratches on it when I purchased it. I understand that the guy who does this job is pretty busy but no one has even contacted me to make an appointment with him. My salesman when I bought my first car, Ian, set the bar HIGH and I just expected more from the employees at Toyota. I am glad I still got to work with him during the financial process. He definitely goes above and beyond for his customers and we definitely appreciate him! More

Cody did a great job helping me buy the car I wanted while working around my schedule full of meetings and even helped get the car over to my house.
