The dealership is fine. Had it not been during a pandemic, it would have been a satisfactory experience. However. I saw several employees walking around with their masks off, especially around other pandemic, it would have been a satisfactory experience. However. I saw several employees walking around with their masks off, especially around other employees without masks but also around customers — indoors with poor circulation. One employee at the table next to us had his mask so loosely on his face that it was only covering his chin, and both employees that we were working with let his do the same. At one point there was a couple next to us (customers) who had their masks off the entire time we were there. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time we were there, despite the otherwise good customer service. More
