Following a serious accident a week ago, not my fault, but being an older lady was still ne I had excellent dealings with Reliable Toyota recently. Following a serious accident a week ago, not my fault, but being an older lady was still nervous when I started looking for another car. Reliable was my first stop, and Adam Clair was the young man who helped me navigate this experience. He calmly dealt with me, explained everything in detail, was patient, kind and respectful; and most of all very knowledgeable. He allowed me to test drive more than one vehicle, explaining each in detail. When I finally chose a 2018 Camry, he had it ready for me on delivery day, cleaned and polished.
